Requirements:

The authors are required to submit full papers describing original, previously unpublished, complete research, not currently under review by another conference or journal, addressing state-of-the-art research and development in all areas of fiber optics access networks.

All papers will be reviewed (authors will receive detail comments of submitted paper) and accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings, published in IEEE Xplore (confirmed).

Papers must be submitted in double column IEEE format (Template). The maximum size of paper should be 8 pages including tables and figures. The first page must contain an abstract of about 150 words, 3-5 keywords, name and affiliation of author(s) as well as the corresponding author's e-mail and postal address.

At least one the authors must be registered for ICUMT 2011 (registration fee and all necessary information can be found here). Registration must be completed before 1st of September 2011; otherwise paper will not be accepted.
